Groups in Snapchat

Groups are a great way to stay connected with friends and family on Snapchat. You can create a group chat with up to 16 people, and you can add new members at any time. To create a group chat, just open the Snapchat app and tap on the “Chat” icon in the bottom left corner. Then, tap on the “New Chat” icon in the top right corner. From there, you can select up to 16 friends to add to the chat. Once you’ve selected your friends, just tap on the “Create” button and you’re all set!

If you want to add more people to an existing group chat, just open the chat and tap on the “Add Friends” icon in the top right corner. Then, select the friends you want to add and tap on the “Add” button. Snapchat also lets you create group Storys, which are like regular Snapchat Storys but with contributions from all members of the group. To create a group Story, just go to the “Stories” page and tap on the “Create Story” button. Then, select the friends you want to add and tap on the “Add” button.

When you’re in a group chat, you’ll see a little icon next to each person’s name. This indicates who is currently active in the chat. If someone isn’t active, it means they either haven’t opened the chat in a while or they have notifications turned off for the chat. To see who is active, just tap on the “Active” icon in the top right corner of the chat.

You can also add members to a group chat by invite them through their Snapchat username or by adding them from your contacts list. To invite someone by their Snapchat username, just open the chat and tap on the “Add Friends” icon in the top right corner. Then, enter their Snapchat username into the “Search” field and tap on the “Add” button. To add someone from your contacts list, just open the chat and tap on the “Contacts” icon in the top right corner. Then, select the contact you want to add and tap on the “Add” button.
