4 Ways to Delete Likes on Facebook

If you want to delete a like that you’ve made on Facebook, you can do so by going to your profile and clicking on the “Likes” tab. From there, find the like that you want to remove and hover over it. Once you see the “X” appear next to the like, click on it and confirm that you want to delete the like.

Hide posts from certain friends or pages

If you want to hide posts from a certain friend or Facebook page from your news feed, you can do so by going to your news feed preferences. To get there, click on the down arrow in the top right corner of your Facebook home page and then select “News Feed Preferences.” From there, you can add friends or pages to your “Prioritize Who To See First” or “Unfollow People To Hide Their Posts” lists. If you add someone to the “Unfollow People To Hide Their Posts” list, their posts will still appear in your news feed, but they’ll be grayed out and you’ll have the option to unfollow them entirely. To hide posts from a certain friend or Facebook page from your news feed:

  1. Go to your news feed preferences.
  2. Add the friend or Facebook page to your “Unfollow People To Hide Their Posts” list.
  3. Their posts will still appear in your news feed, but they’ll be grayed out and you’ll have the option to unfollow them entirely.
  4. If you want to stop seeing posts from that person or page entirely, you can unfollow them by clicking on the “Following” button next to their name on their profile or page.

Delete comments on posts

If you want to delete comments that you’ve made on posts, you can do so by going to the post and hovering over the comment. Once you see the “X” appear next to the comment, click on it and confirm that you want to delete it. To delete comments on posts:

  1. Go to the post.
  2. Hover over the comment.
  3. Click on the “X” that appears next to the comment.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the comment.

Remove yourself from Facebook groups

If you want to remove yourself from a Facebook group, you can do so by going to the group and clicking on the “Leave Group” button. Once you confirm that you want to leave the group, you will be removed from it and will no longer receive notifications or updates about it. To remove yourself from a Facebook group:

  1. Go to the group.
  2. Click on the “Leave Group” button.
  3. Confirm that you want to leave the group.
  4. You will be removed from the group and will no longer receive notifications or updates about it.

Block people from your Facebook profile

If you want to block someone from your Facebook profile, you can do so by going to their profile and clicking on the “Block” button. Once you confirm that you want to block the person, they will be blocked from your profile and will no longer be able to see your posts or contact you. To block someone from your Facebook profile:

  1. Go to their profile.
  2. Click on the “Block” button.
  3. Confirm that you want to block the person.
  4. They will be blocked from your profile and will no longer be able to see your posts or contact you.
