How do you leave a group on messenger
To leave a group on Facebook Messenger:
1. Tap the Groups tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap the group you want to leave.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Tap Leave Group.
5. Tap Leave to confirm.
If you’re the creator or an admin of the group, you won’t be able to leave unless you first remove yourself as the creator or admin. To do this:
1. Tap the Groups tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap the group you want to leave.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Tap Edit Group Settings.
5. Scroll down and tap Remove next to your name.
6. Tap Leave Group.
7. Tap Leave to confirm.
